This event is open to all ages, no prior meditation or energy healing experience required. You will be guided to settle the mind & body through a meditative process that will lead you to a relaxed state, all while receiving Reiki. If you’ve never experienced Reiki before there will be a brief explanation on what it is and how it will benefit you.
